The Sabaki Girls (Haruka Okumura & Nanaha Takaoka) from Uwajima City, Ehime Prefecture doing a Blue Fin Ahi cutting demonstration at the Honolulu store of Don Quijote Hawaii. Haruka Okumura skillfully cut a 210lbs tuna during a live demonstration using a single knife, while her and Nanaha Takaoka shared their knowledge and stories about the tuna raised in the Uwakai Sea. Afterwards the freshly cut tuna from Ehime Japan was available for purchase at the end of the demonstration for our enjoyment.

They will be doing additional demonstrations this weekend at the Honolulu Festival.
